We are always on the lookout for exceptional
people to join our Glasgow-based team involved
in casework consultancy and education. An intelligent,
questioning attitude, supplemented with a deep
and broad understanding of science and a friendly,
flexible approach, are the key skills required.
An ability to travel, sometimes at short notice,
is expected.
The Forensic Institute is a highly specialised
scientific environment providing an interesting,
varied, and intellectually challenging professional
setting. Salaries are negotiable, competitive,
and include bonus and development opportunities.
The Institute is an open and cooperative working
environment where everyone is expected to contribute
positively to our aims.
Suitable candidates will have a very good honours
degree in science, postgraduate experience, and
probably a postgraduate qualification (MSc or
PhD).

Consultants
We have an extensive network of consultants
in a wide variety of disciplines. If you have experience
of consultancy in a legal environment then we would
be interested in hearing from you. Our consultants
agree to a Code of Practice which includes acceptance
of peer review of reports.
